In the rare event that you receive a damaged or flawed artwork, we want you to feel supported and confident in reaching out. That’s why we’ve crafted a clear, fair, and customer-first refund policy.
When Can You Request a Return or Refund?
Our goal is always to deliver a piece you’ll cherish. But in certain cases, we do accept returns or issue refunds. These include:

If the artwork is damaged during shipping

If there is a clear defect or flaw in the product upon arrival
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction, as each piece is made with visible, expected textures and artistic expression.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Here’s how to request a refund:

Refund or Replacement Options
Once we review your request and confirm that it qualifies under our policy, we will offer:

A full refund, credited back to your original payment method

Or, a replacement piece, if the same artwork is available or can be recreated
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. If a replacement is offered, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork – Non-Refundable
All custom or commissioned pieces are final sale. These artworks are uniquely created to your specifications and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We keep you updated throughout the creation process to ensure you’re satisfied with the result before completion.
