Before your artwork leaves the studio, it is:

  • Carefully dried (if freshly painted) and inspected for quality

  • Protected using professional-grade materials including bubble wrap, corner guards, and rigid boards

  • Packed in custom, sturdy boxes or mailing tubes to avoid bending or damage during transit

  • Clearly labeled as fragile and valuable for extra caution during handling

We treat each parcel as if it were irreplaceable — because it is.

  • Processing Time: Ready-to-ship artworks are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Commissioned paintings will have individual timelines, shared during the consultation.

  • Courier Partners: We use reputed logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, India Post, and Delhivery, depending on your region and preferred service.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Domestic (India): 5–10 days

    • International: 10–20 days, depending on customs and location

  • Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
