Processing Time

We take time and care to prepare every package for shipping, ensuring it is wrapped securely and handled with professionalism.

  • Ready-to-ship artworks are processed within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • For custom or commissioned artworks, processing time may vary based on the complexity and size of the artwork. In such cases, a delivery timeline will be shared during your order confirmation.

We’ll always keep you informed and share updates once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Method & Tracking

Your artwork deserves the safest journey, and we make that a priority.

  • We use reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, FedEx, DHL, and others depending on your location and the size of the package.

  • All shipments come with a tracking number, which will be shared with you once the item has been dispatched.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time and stay updated on its delivery status.

Estimated Delivery Time

While delivery times may vary slightly based on location and customs clearance (for international orders), here’s what you can generally expect:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please allow some flexibility due to logistical or weather-related delays.

Shipping Charges

  • For commissioned works or bulk orders, shipping estimates may be shared manually before finalizing the invoice.

In Case of Damage

We pack all artwork using professional-grade materials and secure methods to minimize any risk during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the packaging and the artwork.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a refund or replacement, based on our refund policy.
